Ingredients vegan choco protein cookies
- 200 grams oatmeal
- 50 grams buckwheat flour
- 50 grams Plantforce chocolate protein powder
- 160 ml soy milk (unsweetened)
- 15 grams cacao powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp water
- 70 grams of raisin

Preparation of vegan choco protein cookies
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and mix the linseed with 2 tbsp water and let it rest for at least 5 minutes
- First, mix the buckwheat flour with the almond milk in a bowl and then add the oatmeal, cocoa powder, peanut butter and salt.
- Knead by hand into a dough, then add the linseed with the raisins and mix well again.
- Make 9 biscuits from the dough, place them on the baking tray and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.
