Recipe vegan raw carrot balls

Ingredients vegan raw carrot balls
- 250 grams of carrots
- 140 grams of raisins
- 90 grams of walnuts (unsalted)
- 65 grams of oatmeal
- 20 grams Plantforce Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 slices of ginger root and a pinch of salt

Preparation of vegan raw carrot balls
- Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 10 minutes and then remove them. Grate the carrots.
- Mix all ingredients (keep 15 grams of oatmeal separately) in a food processor until smooth.
- Make balls of the mixture and then roll them in the remaining oatmeal.
