Preparation of vegan filled dates

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan and already chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
  2. Pour the coconut milk into the chocolate (so that it melts) and add the agave syrup and the chocolate protein powder.
  3. Put the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours (so that it becomes stiff), then take it out and beat it until it becomes mousse.
  4. Cut the dates lengthwise on 1 side and fill them with the chocolate mousse and then place the blueberries on top.
  5. You can keep the filled dates in the fridge for a week.
